The service was here superb. The location of hotel was great. The staff of renaissance lucerne went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We would not hesitate to return there when visiting Lucerne;))

Such city attractions as chapel bridge were right by this hotel. Breakfast was good as you get in any 4 star venue. Train station Lucerne was nearby, only 5 minutes away on foot. Honestly no reason to complain...
